Where we ship
Velorines ships to destinations confirmed at checkout. Final service availability depends on the delivery address you enter.
Order processing
Orders are reviewed before dispatch. Weekends, public holidays, address checks, or stock changes can add time. Processing usually begins on the next business day for orders placed outside business hours.
Tracking
When tracking is available, details are sent after the parcel is handed to the carrier. International events can take longer to appear.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges at the destination are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Those charges are separate from our shipping fee and are generally non-refundable.
Address accuracy
Confirm the full delivery address before you place the order. Reships for incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur extra shipping. Address changes after processing starts are not guaranteed.
Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels
If tracking stalls for an unusual period, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number, tracking, and clear photographs when damage is involved.
