Returns
This Velorines returns policy covers eligibility, condition, timing, and return shipping. Start every return through Contact Us — do not mail an item until you have return instructions.
15-day return window
Submit a return request for an eligible full-price item within 15 days after the carrier records delivery. Late requests may be declined.
Return condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and free from fragrance, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of use. Original tags and packaging must be included where supplied. Trying on is fine; wear, laundering, staining, or removed tags can mean rejection.
Return shipping
When a return is refunded to the original payment method, a $9.95 USD return-label fee is deducted from the refund. Original shipping, duties, taxes, and customs charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
Final Sale
Sale or promotional items, accessories, and products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. The status at checkout controls eligibility.
Exchanges
Exchange requests use the same 15-day window and depend on stock. If a replacement is unavailable, customer care will explain refund options.
Incorrect or damaged items
Contact us before wearing, washing, or altering the item. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Refund processing
Approved refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Your bank may need extra time to show the credit.
